David Lewington Managing Director
David has a wealth of experience in a number of different areas in property. Having worked in the property investment field for a number of years helping clients find funding and properties for their portfolios David and his wife decided to invest their own money in buying, renovating and selling properties 5 years ago. This has been very successful and as a result they decided to establish Houston Estates to help other investors, developers and home owners renovate their properties. “We all have a genuine passion for property and our aim is to leave our clients delighted with our work every time, we give our clients a renovation start and finish date, try wherever possible to fix our costs in advance of commencing work and all of our staff are first and foremost expert trades people.” It is David’s responsibility to run all aspects of the business including recruitment, sales & marketing and any other enquiries.
